Terms And Conditions: Before accepting any rental, please review the Terms & Conditions. All rentals must be secured with a deposit and a signed rental agreement. Tri-State Linens & Event Rental holds the right to change these Terms before Signing the Rental Agreement. Ask your representative for a copy if you are not able to open the above link.
Reserving Equipment: Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Items will be reserved only upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit (cash, check, or credit card).
Delivery: We are happy to deliver and pick up your rental items to your event location. Delivery fees depend on location, order size and time constraints.
Payment: Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Check, or major Credit Cards. Full payment on all orders is due atleast 3 days before delivery or will call pick up. Orders that have not been paid in full will not be delivered or rented out.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at time of reservation.
Rental Period: Rentals are by the day. Arrangements may be made for pickup/delivery before 4:00 P.M. the night before the event. Items must be returned by 4:00 P.M. the day after the event. All charges are from time out, whether used or not.
Customer Responsibility: Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment, including containers. Any damages that may occur should be reported to the representative immediately. All damages will be charged to the credit card on file within 3 business days of the return date.
Condition of Return Items: Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be wiped down and stacked in a single location for convenient pick up. Any chocolate fountains, beverage fountains, chaffing dishes or other service items should be rinsed well and be food particle free. Items that are not clean upon return will be charged a cleaning service fee. Linens should be dry and free of mildew and staining. Linens should be placed in clear bags. Please do not put linens in black garbage bags.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if the site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, delivery or pick up is from any location other than ground level (upstairs or downstairs), all chairs and tables are not stacked, linens not bagged for pickup, food service items are not rinsed (food free), customer requires pickup before or after normal business hours and changes are made to an order after it had been invoiced and completed.
